Check-In:

Check-in time is after 4 pm on the day of your arrival

Check-out time is by 9 am on the day of your departure

Cancellation Policy:

If more than 60 days notice is given your deposit will be returned (less a $100 cancellation fee)

For less than 60 days notice your deposit will be forfeited.     

You are responsible for the entire length of your reservation, no refunds for early departures

Rental Policies: 

Children 18 and under stay free.  For adults over the base rate occupancy add $25/night or $100/week

All rentals are subject to current state and local sales tax

Balance due shall be paid upon arrival at check-in

 MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express are accepted 

NO SMOKING inside cabins

We are a Pet-Free Resort, NO PETS ARE ALLOWED

Resort Rules:  

 Quiet hours are from 10:30 pm to 8:30 am

Row boats, kayaks, paddle boat, and paddleboards are available for guests to use for free

Swim area is open for all guests (small children with adult supervision only)

No lifeguard on duty so swimming and use of watercraft is at your own risk

Use caution with swim raft, swim platform and water mat and respect other guests

Camp fires are permitted in the designated fire pits only, No fires shall be left unattended

Firewood is free for guests use if available (donations are appreciated)

Weapons of any kind and fireworks are not allowed on resort property
