Here's the fine print.  Please read before signing!

Cancellation Policy:

• You have the right to cancel your reservation with 90 days written notice.  With a timely cancellation, all advance funds will be returned less a $30.00 cancellation fee.

• If less than 90 days cancellation notice is given us, all advance funds will be forfeited unless we can rebook your rental dates.

• Very Short Notice Cancellation:  Guests who cancel with less than 30 days notice before arrival will forfeit all advance funds.

• Early Departure:  Guests are responsible for the entire length of their reservation and no refunds will be given for early departures.

Deposits for families or groups reserving three or more cabins:

    The entire balance of rental is due 90 days prior to arrival date.  If you choose, payment of balance can be made in installments with the first installment of one-third the rental rate due upon reservation and the final installment due 90 days prior to arrival.

Deposits:

Weekly reservations require a $300.00 deposit ($500.00 for "The Sarajac" and "Colonial").  Mini-week reservations require a $150.00 deposit.  Daily reservations require a $100.00 deposit ($150.00 for "The Sarajac" and "Colonial").
