"Colonial"

The "New" Colonial. Colonial is open and ready for your family. There are three bedrooms plus a hide-a-bed in the living room so you can comfortably sleep eight people.
	All the walls and ceilings are done in knotty pine. The freestanding gas fireplace puts a warm, cozy touch to those chilly mornings early spring and fall. The queen sized sofa sleeper is new and about as comfortable as a sofa sleeper gets.
A brand new, modern kitchen sits on the lakeside of the cabin with tremendous views and great conveniences. There is a microwave, toaster, new refrigerator, 30" stove, and a coffee pot. (Still no dish washer, sorry, kids)


Above are two of the three bedrooms. Directly above is the new bedroom with it's queen sized bed. Opposite above is one of the original bedrooms with a new window and all new carpeting. The original bedrooms have double sized beds. To the right shows the front view of the cabin with its large picture window. Just on the right edge of the picture is the door out to the new deck
	But the most attractive features are the tremendous views of Girl Lake and the quiet location. The picture to the left is from the large picture window. The deck overlooks about one half of the lake. Just below the deck is a private fire pit and picnic table.
Colonial sits on the southern end of the resort, away from the other cabins and it borders a wooded area providing privacy from our neighbors. There is also a private parking area for your vehicles and a private boat dock.

For the comfort of our guests, we installed a large, whole house attic fan to bring in the cooler out side air on those hot, stuffy evenings of July and August.

Rates for 2008

(3 bedroom, two bathrooms, gas fireplace & lakeside deck)

Spring/Fall Rates

Spring Rates run between May 1 & June 16

Fall Rates run between August 23 & October 31

"Colonial" is not available for Mini-Week rentals during the summer season.

Rates are based on 6 or fewer people
Full week rentals run from Saturday to Saturday	$1400.00
Each extra person is $20 per day or $100 per week
